I bought this insanely loud coffee maker 3 months ago and it has already stopped working. It will not feed water into the pot and the hot plate stays cold! I contacted the seller and they asked me for a video showing me that it is not working and the QR code on the bottom. I did that. They verified that the machine falls under warrantee then they asked me to give them even a longer video to verify that it’s not working. I did that too. Then all of a sudden they go silent (Maybe he’ll go away). I emailed three more times before I finally hear back from them. Now they say that they can not verify whether it was a defect or if it is ” due to improper use” It’s a coffee maker for God’s sake! How else would I use it? Anyway the then so generously offered (in broken English) to create a shipping for me so I can ship it back to who knows where and they will determine whether I misused it somehow. They also asked me for my address and contact info witch they already have. I have not seen a shipping label yet but mu gut tells me that I will never see this resolved and they will just run me in circles until I give up. Do not buy this machine or any other product that this shady company sells!

This worked very well until about a month ago. It started beeping and then stopped dispensing water. “Support” from the manufacturer was non existent-despite “We will be in touch with you very soon”. Haven’t heard a thing back. Too bad-was very happy with it until it broke down. Now it is in the pantry and serves as a coffee grinder, although an inconvenient one

We had this machine for 2 months when it completely stopped working. We could set the timer for the coffee to brew. It would come on when it was supposed to however, within 3 mins, the coffee maker signaled it was finished with its 3 beeps. The plate wasn’t hot. The coffee wasn’t brewing. We tried everything we could to troubleshoot it with no success. Amazon tech support tried to walk us through troubleshooting as well with no success. We reached out to the company for guidance. Crickets. Nothing. No response. Amazon wouldn’t send a replacement because it was over 30 days since our purchase. They did refund most of the purchase price when we agreed to send the defective machine back. Don’t waste your money!!!!

I wanted so badly for this to be my favorite coffee maker, but no luck. I have been searching for an affordable grind and brew machine and sadly, this unit was leaking water on the first pot I tried to brew. Tried a second pot, same thing. Boxed it up and returned it the same day it was delivered. Wish I could recommend this one, but simply can’t.

We bought this coffeemaker 3 months ago. We use it once a day and wipe with a soft cloth as recommended. It is under a year warranty but Gevi said it should work fine just keep using a cloth to wipe. Totally unacceptable. Don’t buy this product.

I bought this to replace my older grinder coffeemaker because it quit grinding coffee. The new one is broken out of box. The box was resealed, so I am thinking I received a returned machine. In- excusable and a ripoff. This has become a reoccurring problem on this buying forum

I have had the Mr. Coffee’s and other cheap coffee makers for years. After my last $30 coffee maker stopped working, I finally made the decision to get a good one and this is better than good, it is great. I pour the beans in, select the bitterness, add water and it grinds and drips really quick. From the time you push the start button to the time you take your first sip, it is about 5 – 8 minutes. I don’t use paper filters, I use the mesh filter that it comes with. Very satisfied with this purchase!
